Hello!

Everything Bagel Bites

Recipes

January 11, 2021

These were a quarantine creation, and they ended up turning out so good! I’m not big on baking bread, but these are easy to make. I like to double the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5.8 oz greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • Half a block of cream cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1 egg white
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with cooking oil.

3. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium size bowl.

4. Add the yogurt to the bowl and mix with a fork until well-combined.

5. Sprinkle some flour on another piece of parchment paper and remove the dough from the bowl.

6. Knead the dough until it does not stick to your hands.

7. Divide dough into 8 balls and flatten each into a circle.

8. Place a spoonful of cream cheese on top of each dough-circle.

9. Cover the cream cheese with dough and re-roll the ball.

10. Brush the top of each with egg wash.

11. Sprinkle the tops with Everything Bagel Seasoning (my favorite part!)

12. Bake for 20 minutes at 375F, and keep a close eye on them towards the end!
