I have always been fascinated by business. I graduated with a degree in accounting, but quickly realized that I needed a place to channel my creativity. I now own my own social media marketing agency, where I help other female founders build their businesses online.
In June of 2022, I launched the popular podcast, So Can I. Each episode covers a different female founder, and my hope is that listeners leave each episode thinking, "if she can do it, so can I." I am passionate about connection, community, and sharing the stories of other women in business. I firmly believes that encouragement is one of the keys to success.
In my spare time, you can find me reading, attending sporting events/cheering on the Tennessee Vols, going on walks, Needlepointing, watching reality TV, and cooking for my friends and family.

I had no idea that the podcast would turn into an amazing group of entrepreneurs, business owners, and women looking for community. Their stories, encouragement, and support are what keeps this little dream of mine going!
My path is not linear and might not make sense to an outsider, but everything has been a stepping stone for what is to come. I am so glad you are here + I hope that this community inspires you to go for it!
I was never someone who had a clear answer to that question. Even as a little kid, I always bounced back and forth between a writer, a lawyer, a teacher, etc. When I started college, I was still just as clueless! I thought that when I started college, the answer would just magically come to me… but it didn’t.
I finally decided that the best course of action was to pick a major that I could do a lot with. I ended up taking an intro to business class and I was hooked! I majored in accounting, but always found my business classes extremely interesting.
As my peers were finding their first jobs, I was struggling with the idea of sitting at a desk from 8-5 working to accomplish someone else’s dream. I ended up accepting a position in public accounting, and I quickly realized that it was not the job for me. I felt like I picked the wrong major!
I ended up going back to school to get my MBA and my health coaching certification. If you are curious how I got into health + wellness listen to this podcast episode! In 2021, right before I graduated with my MBA, I started my first business.
I remember feeling so lonely because none of my friends were business owners and I was having a hard time finding community. Thus, the So Can I Podcast was born!
