Most days you can find me testing recipes in the kitchen or working on my couch in leggings, covered in a cozy blanket. As a kid, my mom had dinner on the table most nights. She was always whipping something up for us to eat in between school and soccer practice. It was not until I attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, that I realized my love and passion for cooking and baking.
Now, I develop recipes for fitness apps all over the United States and Canada. I believe that eating healthy is affordable and attainable for everyone, and I am on a mission to prove that. In addition to developing recipes, I work with women who are looking to enrich their life by balancing their wellness, mindset, and nutrition.
