If you are looking for a healthy snack option, you will love this dip! It is extremely easy to make, full of healthy ingredients, and it tastes a lot like caramel! I love it because it is free of refined sugar and gluten.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. Almond butter (I use Justin’s Cinnamon Almond Butter)
- 2.5 tbsp. Maple syrup
- 2 medium sized apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, heat the almond butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon over medium heat. Stir every 30 seconds, until the mixture is well-combined.
- While the sauce is heating, slice your apples.
- Turn the sauce down to low once it starts to bubble. Keep stirring occasionally.
- Serve right away.
