Copycat Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs

I love making homemade versions of my favorite treats, and these copycat Reese's peanut butter eggs are no exception! They are easy to make, delicious, and perfect for Easter! They only take about 15 minutes to make, if you don't count the freezer time!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

Instructions

  • Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to a medium size mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Add the coconut flour. Stir until well combined.
  • Using your hands, roll the dough into 1-2 tbsp sized balls. There should be 12 dough balls.
  • Using your fingers, gently flatten and mold into an egg shape.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • While the peanut butter eggs are freezing, melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl.
  • Once the eggs are finished freezing, dip and cover each with the melted chocolate.
  • Lay out on parchment paper and allow the chocolate to harden. Enjoy!
