Ingredients
1cupalmond flour
1/4cupcoconut flour
1/2tspbaking soda
1/2tspcinnamon
2tbspmaple syrup
6tbspcoconut oil, melted
3/4cupcoconut sugar
1/4cupalmond butter
1tspvanilla extract
1egg
1/2cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Grease a cast iron skillet with coconut oil.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Add the coconut oil and coconut sugar to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand-held or stand mixer, mix until well combined.
Beat in the almond butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla on medium speed until combined.
Add the dry ingredients slowly and beat until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Press the dough evenly into the cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with another handful of chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 13 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
