Sweet Glazed Carrots

This is my absolute favorite way to enjoy carrots! These sweet glazed carrots have a maple syrup, cinnamon, and butter glaze and are perfectly tender. I love recipes with only a few ingredients, especially during the busy holiday season. These sweet glazed carrots pair well with any holiday dinner - both Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. bag baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the carrots. Let the carrots boil until they reach your desired firmness (for me, it is about 20 minutes).
  • Drain the water from the pot. Add the butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon to the pot with the carrots.
  • Stir and keep on low until you are ready to serve.
