It certainly is not my go-to breakfast. However, I was very intrigued when I saw the baked oatmeal trend. I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed! In fact, I ended up eating my first attempt straight out of the pan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe is so easy and only takes around 5-10 minutes to prep before going in the oven. You can enjoy it as breakfast or a snack. It is the perfect recipe to add to your meal prep (as long as you don&#8217;t eat it <em>all<\/em> right when it comes out of the oven like I did). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> I also love that all of the ingredients that go into the baked oatmeal are pretty common, and you&#8217;ll probably have them all on hand! This baked oatmeal recipe has the best line-up of flavors! You can taste a hint of banana, but it is not too overpowering. The peanut butter and chocolate chips really steal the show! It is the perfect sweetener and it is not processed like cane sugar.
