I&#8217;m not big on baking bread, but these are easy to make. I like to double the recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup almond flour<\/li><li>2 tsp. baking powder<\/li><li>Pinch of salt<\/li><li>5.8 oz greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)<\/li><li>Half a block of cream cheese (4 ounces)<\/li><li>1 egg white<\/li><li>Everything bagel seasoning<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 375F. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with cooking oil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium size bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Add the yogurt to the bowl and mix with a fork until well-combined. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Sprinkle some flour on another piece of parchment paper and remove the dough from the bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Knead the dough until it does not stick to your hands.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Divide dough into 8 balls and flatten each into a circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Place a spoonful of cream cheese on top of each dough-circle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Cover the cream cheese with dough and re-roll the ball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Brush the top of each with egg wash. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Sprinkle the tops with Everything Bagel Seasoning (my favorite part!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.
