The honey-apple vinaigrette adds so much flavor. And, I love the crunchy apple and crispy brussel combination! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>One 10-12-oz. Package of halved brussel sprouts (you can get whole sprouts and cut them)<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>Pepper<\/li><li>Avocado Oil<\/li><li>2 tsp. honey dijon mustard<\/li><li>1 tsp. raw honey<\/li><li>1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar<\/li><li>2 tbsp. avocado oil<\/li><li>1 tsp. minced garlic<\/li><li>1 honey crisp apple<\/li><li>Fresh parmesan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/li><li>Spread the brussel sprouts onto the baking sheet and coat with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.<\/li><li>Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until the brussel sprouts have crispy edges. <\/li><li>While the brussel sprouts are roasting, whisk together the honey dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, avocado oil, and minced garlic. <\/li><li>Let the brussel sprouts cool for 10 minutes, and then drizzle the vinaigrette on top. <\/li><li>Dice the honey crisp apple and mix it in. <\/li><li>Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.<\/li><li>Enjoy!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/laurencunningham.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_6003-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Brussel Sprouts\" class=\"wp-image-40\" srcset=\"https:\/\/laurencunningham.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_6003-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/laurencunningham.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_6003-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/laurencunningham.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_6003-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/laurencunningham.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_6003-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/laurencunningham.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_6003-1200x1600.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/laurencunningham.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_6003-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is my favorite way to make brussel sprouts!
